Surgery went great. It took about 20 minutes, the surgeon said it went as well as she would have wanted for her children. Carson came through surgery and recovery just fine. We have been resting in our hospital room all day, Carson has been sleeping the majority of the day. We are on a strict schedule of pain meds every 4 hours. If all goes well tonight, after rounds in the morning we will be discharged and should be home by lunch. Below are current pics of him resting.

Great news, just the kind I like to hear.
So glad you all are headed home very soon...so very thankful the surgery went well and now the healing can start. Lots of love, hugs and prayers are with you all.
